When I followed the specified steps to transition from Kayak Pro to this new version of Kayak, I had to re-enter my email. When I clicked on the link in the confirm your email address email, it began some kind of crazy looping crash in the Kayak app where it was switching between several apps. I had to restart my phone. Reproducible.

Every time I try to search a reservation itinerary and I want to change the departure date I cant, theres no option to change it and then go back to the reservation very frustrating. Cant book anything so its useless,

Kayak is the best app to find the flights I am looking for. You can find the cheapest or the best flight based on landing or take off times very easy with Kayak!

I use Kayak to help plan every trip I take and it find it very helpful to compare fares for various options. I especially like the plus or minus 3 days feature to help me find cheaper flights.

Following their process to update from Pro to Free (!) the free app got caught in a loop that required a hard reset of my iPhone 6 with iOS 10. Might be ok now but who knows?

iPhone 7 Plus. App will not open. Same with pro version of Kayak. Crashes before launching.
